Itinerary for the Mekong classic cruise 2days
The Mekong Delta (Vietnamese: dong bang song Cuu Long “Nine Dragon river delta”) is the region in southwestern Vietnam where the Mekong River approaches and empties into the sea through a network of distributaries. The Mekong delta region encompasses a large portion of southeastern Vietnam of 39,000 square kilometres (15,000 sq mi) . The size of the area covered by water depends on the season.
Itinerary
Upstream: Cai Be - Can Tho (1 night and 2 days)
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Cai Be
07:30 am: First Choice picks you up at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh and transfer to port
The pax get on board at CAI BE port at noontime. Enjoy the welcoming tropical fruit juice. Check in your cabin. Departure cruise towards Cho Lach on Tien River. Lunch is served on board. The Mekong Feeling cruise brings you to the middle of the hustle and bustle of the river traffic, between markets and churches, a unique opportunity for a glimpse of the very varied life on the banks as well as on the water. Transfer to small boat through small canals to visit a local home. Guests have a chance to walk on the tiny lanes and feel the true "local touch", the hospitality of the nice people. Returning the Mekong Feeling to enjoy the handmade snack ordering the cocktail you like (the guests' own account) while experience the beautiful sunset view on board. The cruise continues downstream toward Tra On. By 19:00 have a relaxing dinner. Mekong Feeling anchors at a peaceful place for his guests spend the calming night on board.
Day 2: Cai Be – Can Tho – Ho Chi Minh
By 6:30 AM wake up catching the magic dawn in Mekong Delta while the Mekong Feeling cruise the TRA ON Floating market.
At about 7:00 have continental or American breakfast on board. Cruise towards CAN THO. Enjoy the last precious minutes tranquility cruise before check out at 09:00am.
After seeing off our captain & cabin crew on the MEKONG FEELING, the guests transfer to a small boat to visit Cai Rang Floating-market. Enjoy your last visit at an orchard before disembark at NINH KIEU quay in CAN THO.
Car - picking up. Getting back to Ho Chi Minh city around 17:00. Tour ends. First Choice is to see you next time!

Downstream: Can Tho - Cai Be (1 night and 2 days)
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Can Tho

Departure cruise downstream of Hau River toward Tra On Floating market. Lunch is served on board. Cruise across Nicolai canal on Mang Thit River. Guests transfer to small boat to visit the local village having a chance to walk on the tiny lanes and feel the "local touch" of the nice people in the Mekong Delta. Returning the Mekong Feeling to enjoy the handmade snack while sipping the cocktail you like (the guests' own account) experience the beautiful sunset view on board. By 19:00 have a relaxing dinner. Mekong Feeling anchors at a peaceful place for his guests spend the calming night on board on the Mang Thit River.
Day 2: Can Tho – Cai Be – Ho Chi Minh
By 6:00 to 6:30 AM wake up catching the magic dawn in Mekong Delta while the Mekong Feeling leisurely cruise across Co Chien River.
At about 7:00 have continental or American breakfast on board. We have a view of hustle & bustle Cho Lach, one busy local market on the river bank. Cruise towards Cai Be floating market. Enjoy the last precious minutes tranquility cruise before check out at 09:00am.
After seeing off our captain & cabin crew on the MEKONG FEELING, the guests transfer to a small boat to visit Cai Be Floating market. Your last activities is walking on village road to visit the local family-run rice-paper & coconut mills before the boat disembark at CAI BE Port. Car - picking up. Getting back to Ho Chi Minh city around 17:00. Tour ends. First Choice is to see you next time!
