Day 01: Arrive in Ho Chi Minh, airport greetings, transfer to hotel & orientation tour. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 02: Cu Chi tunnel. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 03: My Tho - Ben Tre for next destination. O/N homestay
Day 04: travel by land to Chau Doc, Over night in Chau Doc.
Day 05: A boat trip to visit the floating fish breeding farms in Chau Doc, back to & Overnight in Ho Chi Minh.
Day 06: Transfer to Airport and departure for next destination.
Detail tour program
Day 1: Arrival - Ho Chi Minh City (D)
Be met at Tan Son Nhat Airport and transferred to a hotel in center Ho Chi Minh City. Enjoy welcome dinner and over night in Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City - Cu Chi (B/L)
In the morning visit Cu Chi tunnels, the incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the long struggle for independence. Back to Ho Chi Minh city for lunch. In the afternoon, visit War Museum, Reunification Palace and Notre Dame Cathedral & Ben Thanh Market. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh city.
Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Can Tho Homestay (B/L/D)
Our car will pick up at your hotel in early morning. Upon arrival at My Tho, cruising along small creek to Mekong River estuary, to Con Phung (Phoenix Island) and stop over a garden restaurant at a local house for Vietnamese lunch. The motorized boat cruise more along natural creeks and quiet village in Ben Tre Province. Visit orchards, bee - keeping farm, taste natural honey and honey wine, enjoy tropical fruit, traditional music, see round a distillery, explore the local coconut candy production process, taste candy & coconut pulp. Then transferring to Phung Hiep, Can Tho city where you and local people prepare dinner and cultural exchange. Diner and Homestay.
Day 4: Can Tho – Chau Doc (B/L)
Early waking up for optional short biking or walking around villages and visiting fruit garden. After breakfast, cruising along the small and picturesque tributaries by rowing boat, we will see the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). Take in the beautiful scenery and the daily activities of the locals who lives along the Mekong canals and you will roam through the village to visit a rice husking mill factory. A chance to discover the daily life of Vietnamese people in Mekong Delta. Disembark at Ninh Kieu quay then travel by land to Chau Doc, on the way we will pass Thot Not to visit Bang Lang Bird Sanctuary (Stork Garden) or Crocodile Farm. On arrival at Chau Doc, visit the Sam mountain to enjoy the breath-taking view and enjoy the sunset on the top of Sam Mountain. Over night in Chau Doc.
Day 5: Chau Doc - Ho Chi Minh City (B/L)
A boat trip to visit the floating fish breeding farms reveals the amazing highlight of Chau Doc, a Cham minority village, whom still again employment from traditional weaving. The last stop in Chau Doc is is to a local Islamic Mosque. Have lunch at local restaurant before going back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 6: Ho Chi Minh City - Departure (B)
Free time for shopping or optional visit before transfer to Tan Son Nhat Airport for departure.
